Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups huckleberries
Instruction
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, oil and vanilla
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
- Stir just until combined
- Fold in huckleberries
- Place in greased muffin tins
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-18 minutes
