Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Slow Cooker
  • Leftover Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
  • 300 g Ground Minced Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion (diced)
  • 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 200 ml Tinned Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 40 g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • Start by sauteing your diced onion in the slow cooker with the ground minced beef and extra virgin olive oil.
  • One it starts to brown, add in seasonings and tinned tomatoes, and mix well.
  • Mix in leftover mac and cheese, coconut milk and stir again. You will now have a creamy Bolognese. Cook on high for an hour.
  • When the slow cooker beeps add in grated cheese, stir, and serve.
