The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee (or espresso)
- milk and ice to serve
Instruction
- Add the boiling water, sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl.
- With a hand whisk, milk frother, or electric mixer, whisk the mixture until very fluffy and light.
- Place a few ice cubes in a glass then fill it with milk to about 3/4 full. Spoon the coffee mixture over the cup of milk and stir.
- That's it! Yum! Coffee heaven.
