- a touch of Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pinches of Salt
- a pinch of pepper
Instruction
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and use a fork or a whisk to beat the eggs for 1 minute. They should be slightly frothy.
- Heat a skillet over low heat. Add just enough butter to coat the bottom of the skillet.
- Once the butter has melted, pour the eggs into the skillet.
- Now for the important part. Pay attention. Stand there are stir the eggs being sure to scrape around the edges of the pan. The act of constantly stirring the eggs makes sure they cook evenly. Continue stirring for 3-4 minutes, until the eggs have cooked. Serve immediately.
