  • 1 small onion, peeled and diced
  • 10 ounce fire roasted tomatoes, can (Note 3)
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce, can
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese (cheddar cheese works well also)
  • 2 olive slices, for eyes
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • sour cream
