The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 gr bread flour (5 tsp)
  • 90 ml whole milk (6 Tbsp)
  • 300 gr bread flour (with at least 12% protein content 2 1/2 cups)
  • 5 gr instant yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
  • 14 gr milk powder (2 Tbsp)
  • 100 gr craisins (optional, or other things like mini chocolate chips morsels)
  • 120 ml whole milk (1/2 cup)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 40 gr butter (3 Tbsp, softened )
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar (see notes)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Sesame seeds (for sprinkling (optional))
  • Almond (Thinly sliced)
