Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Soup Maker
  • 1 Medium Butternut Squash
  • 480 ml Beef Stock
  • 270 g Soft Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Parsley
  • ½ Tsp Black Peppercorns
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 120 ml Red Wine (optional)
  • Leftover Beef (optional)

Instruction

  • Peel and dice your butternut squash into cubes and load into the soup maker.
  • Add everything but the cheese into the soup maker and press sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
  • When it beeps add in the soft cheese and blend until smooth. Then let it sit for 10 minutes and it will naturally thicken up.
