Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese (-shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)

Instruction

  • Melt the mozzarella and the cream cheese together. You can do this using a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the ingredients until melted. This should take between one and two minutes to do. I suggest keeping an eye on the melting cheese as you do not want it to burn.
  • Add the almond flour and the egg to the melted cheese.
  • Transfer the fathead dough to a flat surface dusted with almond flour. When the dough is at a temperature that you are comfortable kneading with, and knead the dough with your hands until the dough comes together and is no longer sticky! I
