Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • Airfryer
  • Blender
  • Airfryer Baking Pan
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 70 g Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Basil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • In a blender place all the seasonings and the gluten free oats and blend for about 5 seconds or until it is like coarse breadcrumbs.
  • Using some kitchen towel or a dry clean tea towel pat dry the mozzarella to remove any excess liquid.
  • Season the mozzarella in salt and pepper (from above) and cut into mozzarella stick pieces.
  • Beat the egg and place in a small dish.
  • Place the blender ingredients into a larger mixing dish.
  • Toss the mozzarella sticks in the oats, then the egg and then back in the oats.
  • Place them in the baking pan inside of your Airfryer. Cook for 3 minutes at 180c (350F).
  • Serve immediately with some ketchup.
