- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp powder flavoring of your choice if you choose to use (you can use artificial coloring of your choice too)
- 50 gr glutinous rice flour (sweet rice flour/mochiko flour)
- 250 gr Anko filling (store-bought or homemade)
