Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large Avocado (peeled, pitted and mashed)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Onion (minced)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Plain Yogurt {or Sour Cream}
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Mash the avocado in small bowl
  • Add in minced onion and garlic.
  • Then season with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice
  • Cover with a layer of plain yogurt {or sour cream} to keep the mixture from darkening.
  • If you’re not ready to serve quite yet… refrigerate until serving.
  • Just before serving, stir well. There you go ~ easy and delicious!! Now dig in… and enjoy!
