Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large Avocado (peeled, pitted and mashed)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup nonfat Plain Yogurt {or Sour Cream}
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instruction
- Mash the avocado in small bowl
- Add in minced onion and garlic.
- Then season with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice
- Cover with a layer of plain yogurt {or sour cream} to keep the mixture from darkening.
- If you’re not ready to serve quite yet… refrigerate until serving.
- Just before serving, stir well. There you go ~ easy and delicious!! Now dig in… and enjoy!
