Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 watermelon (seedless, cut into 1" thick wedges)
- 1 cup coconut rum
- juice of 4 limes
- kosher salt
Instruction
- Arrange watermelon in a single layer in a large baking pan. Combine the coconut rum and lime juice. Pour over the watermelon wedges and refrigerate for 45–60 minutes.
- Remove watermelon from liquid, sprinkle with salt and arrange on a platter. Enjoy!
