The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 Pounds Salmon
- 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tsp Oregano Leaves
- 1 Tsp White Pepper
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Spanish Paprika
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Onion Salt
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
Instruction
- Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Add the oil and warm until simmering.Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients. Liberally apply to flesh side of salmon. Add the salmon flesh side down to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.Flip to the skin side and move to a 325 degree oven for 12 minutes. Let rest for 1 - 2 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
