Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 apricots, (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp honey
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese, (crumbled)
- 1 stem fresh mint, (chopped)
Instruction
- Bring 1/2 cup of water and 3 Tablespoons honey to a boil. On medium-low heat simmer for 5 minutes. Take off heat.
- Slice 6 apricots and stir them into syrup, making sure each slice gets covered. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Place apricots on a serving plate (you may drain the extra syrup). Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint.
