The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs (9-11 full sheets)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 Tablespoons butter (melted)
Instruction
- Finely crush graham crackers in a food processor or by placing them in a ziploc bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar, mixing with a fork.
- Drizzle melted butter over the crumbs and stir with a fork until crumbs are evenly moistened.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass. You may need to use your fingers to press the sides until compact.
- For a baked graham cracker crust: Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned just around the edges. Cool completely before filling.
- For a no-bake graham cracker crust: Chill for 1-2 hours before filling.
