The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 4 Russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Salt
- Cooking foil
Instruction
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Pierce potatoes a couple times on each side with a fork to allow heat to escape during cooking.
- Wrap each potato in foil and pierce the wrapped potato a couple more times with a fork to allow smoke flavor to penetrate while cooking.
- Place potatoes on a grill over medium heat, cover and cook for 1 hour, turning potatoes occasionally. Potatoes are done when they are tender inside and have an internal temperature of 210.
