- Air Fryer
- Julienne Peeler
- 4 Medium Zucchini
- 1 Tsp Garlic Puree
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- Salt & Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
Instruction
- Use your julienne peeler or spiralizer to make your zucchini zoodles.
- Load the zucchini into a bowl and toss with the seasonings and the extra virgin olive oil.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the air fryer zoodles, spray with extra virgin olive oil, and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
