The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1½ lbs skirt steak (trimmed of excess fat and cut into half crosswise (buy outside skirt steak preferably))
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp coarse salt (1/2 to up to 1 tbsp)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste (optional))
  • 1 lime (or more (it will make it more flavorful))
