Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 oz bag shishito peppers
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (for dipping)
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instruction

  • In a hot skillet, heat the sesame oil.
  • Add the peppers and cook 3-4 minutes, until blistered and brown. Turn them frequently to get the nice charred look.
  • Serve on a platter with a small bowl of soy sauce for dipping. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
