The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Instant Pot
- 1 Kilo Frozen Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cans Tinned Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Place the frozen chicken breasts into the bottom of your Instant Pot inner pot.
- Pour 250ml of boiling water over the chicken breasts as this will loosen them up and start the cooking process and also reduce the chances of dry chicken.
- Pour the tinned tomatoes on top and season the top with salt and pepper.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook for 45 minutes on the poultry setting.
- When it beeps, use quick pressure release and remove the lid and make sure the chicken is cooked.
- Season as you wish and then serve.
