Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ tsp butter
- .25 lb Country ham slices
Instruction
- Unwrap the country ham and separate the slices.
- Soak the slices in a bowl ¾ full of warm water for 30 minutes.
- Remove the slices from the water and dry well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat until the skillet is hot.
- Add ½ tsp of butter to the pan and immediately place the slice of country ham down on the butter. Use your spatula to hold the slice so that it doesn’t curl up. Heat slice for to 2 minutes on side one.
- Turn the country ham and repeat for 45 seconds - 2 minutes on side two.
- Remove the country ham slice to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
- Serve hot with biscuits or toast.
