Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups brown rice
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 ¾ cups boiling water

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with a lid.
  • Cover and bake 60-70 minutes, or until rice if fully cooked.
  • Rest 5 minutes, fluff and serve.
