Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ cups brown rice
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 ¾ cups boiling water
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with a lid.
- Cover and bake 60-70 minutes, or until rice if fully cooked.
- Rest 5 minutes, fluff and serve.
