The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 Medium Size Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- Toppings:
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash the sweet potatoes. Dry and stab 6-8 times per sweet potato with a fork in various spots throughout the sweet potato.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with the sea salt.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place the sweet potatoes on the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife can easily be inserted and removed and the sweet potatoes are soft when squeezed gently.
- Serve topped with the butter, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
