Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 Medium Size Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Toppings:
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Wash the sweet potatoes.  Dry and stab 6-8 times per sweet potato with a fork in various spots throughout the sweet potato.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with the sea salt.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place the sweet potatoes on the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife can easily be inserted and removed and the sweet potatoes are soft when squeezed gently.
  • Serve topped with the butter, salt and pepper.  Enjoy!
