Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup long-grain white rice
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place white rice (not instant rice) in a oven safe ramekin or small baking dish. Add the butter and salt.
- Pour in hot water.
- Stir and then cover the baking dish with foil. Place the dish on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
