Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place white rice (not instant rice) in a oven safe ramekin or small baking dish. Add the butter and salt.
  • Pour in hot water.
  • Stir and then cover the baking dish with foil. Place the dish on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
