  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup (227g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (100g) Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup (113g) mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup (113g) sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion or garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • dash tabasco sauce or Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup (13g) Panko bread crumbs or breadcrumbs

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F., Combine all the ingredients except the bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Transfer to a buttered 1-quart casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the panko (or bread crumbs) over the dip and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm with breadsticks, crostini, chips, or pita breads., Store the leftover dip, covered, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
