- 1 recipe Basic Boiled Quinoa
- 2 cups nut milk of choice (I use vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries, cherries, goji berries, currants)
- 1 cinnamon stick, about 2-3 inches long (optional)
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut sugar or pure maple syrup, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
