Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian or bread rolls
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 pound thinly-sliced pastrami
- 1/2 cup Sauerkraut, drained VERY well
- 1/4 cup dill pickle chips, drained
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 butter, melted
Instruction
- Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom slab of bread in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange sliced pastrami over bread to cover.
- Distribute sauerkraut evenly over pastrami.
- Arrange pickle chips over sauerkraut.
- Arrange cheese slices to cover filling.
- Place the top slab of the bread over the cheese and brush tops with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 350 F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and cut into individual pieces to serve.
