Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 TBSP canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups water (boiling hot. If you watch the video I say the wrong amount in the video. this is the right amount)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In an ungreased square pan , 8 x 8, stir together flour, sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 C cocoa.
- Pour hot water over batter.
- Bake for about 35 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes and then spoon into dessert dishes and top with ice cream!
