Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- In a medium sauce pot, add the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil. Once mixture is to a boil, cook for 7 minutes whisking intermittently.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour mixture into a blender and blend for 2-4 minutes. Great over ice cream. Mixture will thicken when cooled. If you want to thin it out just heat in the microwave.
