Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 15.25 ounce box of Chocolate Cake Mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
  • 3 cups of Marshmallow Creme
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/4 th cup of small marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa
  • 1 8 ounce container of whipped topping
  • chocolate chips to sprinkle on top (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X13 cake pan. Mix together cake ingredients (according to the box) and bake according to directions.
  • Remove from oven, let cake cool and then poke holes in cake with the tip of wooden spoon. In a microwave safe bowl, combine marshmallow creme and a tablespoon of water. Heat for about 10 seconds, remove, stir. You may need to repeat this step, you want the marshmallow cream to be easy to pour. Next, pour over cake, make sure it goes into the holes.
  • Then combine cocoa and granulated sugar and pour into whipped topping and mix together with a spoon. Once combined, spread on top of cake. Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Keep in the refrigerator.
