Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow bits (the small ones for hot cocoa)
Instruction
- Line a 9 by 9 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a small sauce pan, over low heat, pour in sweetened condensed milk. Whisk in the cocoa powder.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and continue to whisk until well combined. Whisk in vanilla extract.
- Pour into the fudge into the parchment lined pan. Top with mallow bits. Make sure to press these well into the chocolate or they will not stay after cooled.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for three hours or until solid. Cut into fudge size pieces.
