Ingredients
The following ingredients have 14 Servings
- 2 c. sugar
- 1¾ c. cake flour
- ¾ c. dark cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp. baking powder
- 1½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- ½ c. applesauce
- 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows (I actually used 1 cup of Kraft Jet Puffed Mallow Bits)
- 1 1/3 cups butter (room temperature until softened)
- 2 cups of marshmallow creme
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of milk (plus more if you want less thick)
- 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
