- Chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 sticks butter (room temperature (1 cup))
- 1 1/2 containers marshmallow fluff (7oz each)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Mini marshmallows to top the cake
