Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 1.5 cups monterey jack cheese (or pepper jack)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo

Instruction

  •  Preheat oven to 350F. 
  • Add cream cheese, greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, cilantro, honey, and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce* to a food processor and blend until combined.  
  • Mix in 1 cup of jack cheese in the mixture by hand. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish or pan. Top with remaining cheese.  
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly, and cheese on top is slightly golden brown.
