Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters (1/8 of a teaspoon)
  • 1 Lemon Peel

Instruction

  • Using a channel knife or vegetable peeler, create as long of a lemon twist as you can.
  • Drape the twist around the glass and hang over the edge and fill the glass with ice.
  • Pour the bourbon into the glass and top with ginger beer.
  • Add the dash of bitters and stir.
