Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 center-cut salmon fillets (skin removed (about 5 ounces each))
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F, coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray and arrange the salmon in a single layer.
  • Combine the panko crumbs, melted butter, horseradish and honey in a small bowl. Spoon the mixture on top of the salmon and pat with your fingers to form an even crust.
  • Bake the salmon for 8 minutes, then switch to the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to lightly brown the crumbs. Watch carefully - they can burn quite easily.
