Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons white sugar ((Note 1))
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups cold water
Instruction
- Soak Rice: Blend rice and cinnamon until powdered (Note 2). Add hot water to blender on top of rice powder, and blend again. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Strain: Blend chilled mixture, then strain a few times until liquid runs clean (Note 3).
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Combine strained mixture with vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and cold water in large pitcher (Note 4). Shake well.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for a few hours to chill drink prior to serving. Serve over ice cubes (Note 5).
