Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar ((Note 1))
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups cold water

Instruction

  • Soak Rice: Blend rice and cinnamon until powdered (Note 2). Add hot water to blender on top of rice powder, and blend again. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Strain: Blend chilled mixture, then strain a few times until liquid runs clean (Note 3).
  • Add Remaining Ingredients: Combine strained mixture with vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and cold water in large pitcher (Note 4). Shake well.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for a few hours to chill drink prior to serving. Serve over ice cubes (Note 5).
