Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 oz Cooked lobster chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 rib(s), small Uncooked celery thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 tsp Chives fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Capers chopped
  • 1 tsp Bread and butter pickles chopped
  • 1 pinch(es) Celery salt
  • 1 pinch(es) Chili powder
  • 4 item(s) Light wheat hot dog bun(s)
  • 4 spray(s) Cooking spray

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix lobster, yogurt, celery, herbs, capers, pickles, and spices together.
  • Lightly coat buns with cooking spray. Toast buns, open-face, in oven until lightly browned (or toast on a grill). Fill each bun with 3 oz lobster salad.
  • Serving size: 1 lobster roll
