The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 oz Cooked lobster chopped
- 2 Tbsp Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 rib(s), small Uncooked celery thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh tarragon chopped
- 1 tsp Chives fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp Capers chopped
- 1 tsp Bread and butter pickles chopped
- 1 pinch(es) Celery salt
- 1 pinch(es) Chili powder
- 4 item(s) Light wheat hot dog bun(s)
- 4 spray(s) Cooking spray
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix lobster, yogurt, celery, herbs, capers, pickles, and spices together.
- Lightly coat buns with cooking spray. Toast buns, open-face, in oven until lightly browned (or toast on a grill). Fill each bun with 3 oz lobster salad.
- Serving size: 1 lobster roll
