Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 10 chicken wing
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
Instruction
- Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger in a large flat dish.
- Add chicken wings, turning each until coated in sauce.
- Cover the dish and leave in fridge about 1 hour.
- Drain the wings. Reserve the marinade.
- Mix reserved marinade with the honey and tomato sauce until combined.
- Grill the wings for five minutes. Brush them thickly in the honey mixture. Grill for a further five minutes.
- Brush wings again and grill for another 10 minutes.
