Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 10 chicken wing
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

Instruction

  • Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger in a large flat dish.
  • Add chicken wings, turning each until coated in sauce.
  • Cover the dish and leave in fridge about 1 hour.
  • Drain the wings. Reserve the marinade.
  • Mix reserved marinade with the honey and tomato sauce until combined.
  • Grill the wings for five minutes. Brush them thickly in the honey mixture. Grill for a further five minutes.
  • Brush wings again and grill for another 10 minutes.
