Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a large plastic bag. Add tenderloin. Marinate all day or at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
