Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instruction

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper and coat with flour.
  • Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick pan oven medium-high heat.
  • Add pork chops to pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and keep warm. (I like to place them in a 200 degree oven.)
  • Add remaining ingredients to pan. Simmer 2 minutes.
  • Add pork chops back to pan and coat with sauce. Serve.
