Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup melted honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 3-4 pounds blade or chuck roast

Instruction

  • Place the roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
  • Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the roast.
  • Cook on low 8-9 hours or high 6-7 hours until the roast pulls apart easily and the fat has mostly dissolved.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
