Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup melted honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 3-4 pounds blade or chuck roast
Instruction
- Place the roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the roast.
- Cook on low 8-9 hours or high 6-7 hours until the roast pulls apart easily and the fat has mostly dissolved.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
