Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 small shallot, minced (2 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until the oil and vinegar emulsify. **If you own an immersion blender, you can pulse the dressing a few times to make it creamier
- Don't pulse to much or you will loose the integrity of the mustard seeds
