Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 small shallot, minced (2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instruction

  • Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until the oil and vinegar emulsify. **If you own an immersion blender, you can pulse the dressing a few times to make it creamier
  • Don't pulse to much or you will loose the integrity of the mustard seeds
