The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups Original Gluten-Free Mini Pretzel Crisps
  • 2 TB Honey Mustard
  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the pretzels in a large plastic bag and smash/crush them either with something heavy like a rolling pin or your fist! Pour out the crushed pretzels on a plate and set aside.
  • Now apply the honey mustard to the chicken tenders, coating them completely with your hands, then dipping and rolling them in the crushed pretzels.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders in a greased baking pan, pour any extra pretzels on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
