Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 14 ounces smoked sausage ((sliced))
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instruction

  • Slice sausage and brown in a skillet with the oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • Whisk together the honey, vinegar and mustard.
  • Pour over the sausage and stir.
  • Continue stirring until mixture thickens and clings to the meat.
