Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14 ounces smoked sausage ((sliced))
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instruction
- Slice sausage and brown in a skillet with the oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Whisk together the honey, vinegar and mustard.
- Pour over the sausage and stir.
- Continue stirring until mixture thickens and clings to the meat.
