Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pound ham steak
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instruction
- Start by melting the butter in the nonstick skillet over medium high heat; then add the ham steak and cook 3-4 minutes per side. (Time may vary slightly depending on the thickness, but internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F.)
- While the steak is heating, combine the honey and syrup in a small bowl; then whisk until blended.
- When the ham is heated through, add the honey and syrup mixture to the pan. Allow it to heat and bubble; turning the ham over to be coated on both sides.
- Remove the ham from the pan, cut into portions; then drizzle the glaze onto each serving.
