Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2-1 pound large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- optional: cooked white rice
Instruction
- Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Press as much air out of the bag as possible.
- Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout.
- Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.
- Cook 4-5 minutes total. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
