Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2-1 pound large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • optional: cooked white rice

Instruction

  • Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Press as much air out of the bag as possible.
  • Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout.
  • Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.
  • Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.
  • Cook 4-5 minutes total. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
