Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Green pepper hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 8 oz Chicken breast

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, up to the chicken.
  • Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours - to overnight (the longer the better!)
  • Rub a grill with olive oil and heat to medium heat.
  • Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through.
  • Transfer to a plate, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
