Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 slices whole grain or gluten free bread
- 1/4 cup low fat ricotta
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 4 figs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pistachio pieces
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instruction
- Toast bread in toaster.
- While bread is toasting, whip together ricotta, lemon juice and honey until smooth and creamy. Spread ricotta moisture evenly over each piece of toast, then top with sliced figs.
- Sprinkle each piece with pistachio pieces and lemon zest. Serves 2.
