Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 chicken thighs (skin on)
  • 10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup extra olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mustard powder

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken and mix.
  • Add the chicken into the bowl and make sure it is well covered.
  • Place the chicken onto a baking pan, pour any excess sauce over the chicken.
  • Bake for 30 - 40 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven or until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Serve with rice.
