Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 chicken thighs (skin on)
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup extra olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard powder
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken and mix.
- Add the chicken into the bowl and make sure it is well covered.
- Place the chicken onto a baking pan, pour any excess sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven or until the chicken is golden brown.
- Serve with rice.
